Eric G. Fox, DDS, MS
Our goal is to provide the finest in oral and maxillofacial surgical care in a friendly, courteous and safe environment. Dr. Fox attended dental school at The Ohio State University and graduated with awards in anesthesia, oral medicine, and oral and maxillofacial surgery. Dr. Fox completed a one year general practice residency in the department of surgery at Rush Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois prior to returning to Columbus, Ohio to complete 4 years of intensive training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at The Ohio State University. His training included rotations in general and pediatric anesthesia, medicine, trauma surgery, neurosurgery, and pediatric surgery. Also, Dr. Fox worked for 2 months in the Maxillofacial Surgery Department at St. James’ Hospital in Dublin, Ireland functioning as a senior level surgeon. In addition to being a full-time resident, Dr. Fox simultaneously obtained a Masters of Science degree defending his thesis on human cadaveric mandibular nerve anatomy.
Dr. Fox is board certified by The American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and is a diplomat of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. Also he is a member of the following dental societies; American Society of Dental Anestesiology, Miami-Dade Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, Florida Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, Ohio Dental Assoication, Broward County Dental Association and the Morgan L. Allison Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons.
Dr. Fox holds current dental licenses in the states of Florida and Ohio. He has full priveleges and takes active call at Coral Springs Medical Center. He is a certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support and is a Basic Life Support Instructor from the American Heart Association teaching local dentists and their staff Basic Life Support and CPR.
Dr. Fox enjoys spending time with friends and family, jogging, reading, skiing, and traveling.
